Hello, my name is Dave.

  • Hello my name is Dave Eaton. I am a Level 1 certified CrossFit Trainer. I have been CrossFitting since October of 2009 and this has truly become a passion of mine. I have a garage gym that I train my friends out of and do my own training as well. I have a wonderful wife, Liz Eaton and 3 little boys. I hope to help spread this passion that I have for CrossFit and see the transformation this causes in your life.

Here at Build Up CrossFit my goal is to sit down with you and work up a plan that will help you accomplish your goals.  I can help you realize your goals through the CrossFit model of building fitness.  CrossFit is about "Constently Verying Functional Movements at High Intensity."  This means doing real life movements that will help you in everday life.  You will build a foundation that will help you be better at everything in your life.
